Journey of being an Educationist
Being an educationist is a great responsibility of a person to their family, the society, the community and the nation. Vijayalaxmi feels that education is the very citadel, the foundation of a prosperous and meaningful life.
This is why she considers that the education that is imparted should be more holistic and more human-oriented.
She started her journey in the field of Education as a professional Educator in a college in 1998. Throughout the way, she explored countless possibilities of making learning joyful, fun and useful for real-life situations. She considers her own path of being a student has never stopped.
For the last 22 years she has been continuously improving her own concepts in Education via rigorous research, various training and workshops, mindful seminars and many more enriching educational activities that involve educators, students, parents etc.
She completed her research on Early Childhood educational factors, problems and solutions.
With Vijayalaxmi’s valuable expertise, she has designed an ‘Early Childhood Education and Care Diploma Certificate Course’ for women. This developmental course has been thriving since 2018.
