About Singer :

Vijayalaxmi –
Nashik’s Vijayalaxmi is a ghazal singer who performs semiclassical light music and Ghazal concerts. Poetry writing along with singing makes her special.

She belongs to a family of musicians. She has been performing on stage since the age of 10. She has given more than 200 performances on stage, as well as on online platforms. Her own personal liking and love is more for Ghazal singing.

Ghazal concert is about different stages of love. Attraction, Affection, Attachment, Lust, Detachment. Various human emotions will be presented through famous Ghazals by legendary singers like Mehndi Hassan, Ghulam Ali, Jagjit Singh, Hariharan, Tassavur Khanum, Farida Khanum, Nurjahan, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosale etc.

In this concert Ghazals of popular Shayars like Mirza Ghalib, Ahmad Faraz, Nasir Kazmi , Daagh Dahelavi, Jigar Muradabadi, Faiz Ahmad Faiz, Nida Fazli, Gulzar, Jawed Akhtar and many more will be presented.
